■ 关键职责/Key Responsibility: 处理涉及FC新产品开发设计,产品推广事项/ handle FC issues that related to new products development and products promotion. ■ 工作内容/Job Description: ◆ 能独立自主设计新颖有特点的图案，开发具有市场竞争优势的窗饰产品/ tasked to develop new window covering products with competitive edge in either designs, features or benefits; ◆ 与纺织品中心团队紧密合作推进新产品的开发和持续完善/ Work closely with Fabric Center production team in the new product development and continuous improvement; ◆ 研究，分析，回顾公司目前所有产品，并将其与零售和贸易市场中与有竞争力的产品相比较/ Research, analyze and review all current range of products available within the company offering, compare to the competitive products available in the retails and commercial market; ◆ 维持并拉近零售与行销团队的合作关系，以至得到具建设性的回馈和产品投入的必需条件/ Maintaining close working relationship with Sales and Marketing team for constructive feedback and input in product requirements; ◆ 通过零售与行销团队的相互合作，家居经销商的网络，商业顾客的联系，使得在领域内创新思维和产品方面做到知根知底/Maintain field presence to \\\\\\\'touch base\\\\\\\' with new creative ideas and products that are available in the market place through interactions with sales and marketing team, and residential dealers\\\\\\\' network and commercial customers ◆ 通过公司的方针，雇用法律及程序招募，管理，训练，激发员工/ Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policies and employment act ◆ 紧跟全球设计趋势，，通过新产品导入，消费者对颜色和款式的喜好和时尚潮流来保持行业内优势/ Ensure competitive edge by keeping abreast with the global design trend, new product introductions, latest consumer expectations in terms of colors and patterns and fashions sensitive

■ 任职资格/Qualification: ◆教育背景/Education: ※ 有学位证书，硕士优先 Holds a recognized Bachelor Degree, a Master Degree is preferred ※ 具英语的读写和电子通信能力 Able to speak and write English, knowledgeable in electronic communications ※ 年龄在30到35岁之间，有工作激情，男女不限Age 30 to 35, with energy and full of drive and initiatives, either gender is acceptable ◆相关经验/Related Experience : ※ 有5年纺织面料及纺织品设计经验/ Has basic textile knowledge, with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in fabric and textile design; ※ 有家居装饰设计行业经验,比如装饰织物、窗帘和织物搭配等优先考虑,其他家居用品和装饰等行业的地毯、沙发上,墙纸也可以接受/Experience in designs for home decoration industries, such as draperies, curtains, and fabrics refurbishment are Ideal. Other home improvement and decorative industries such as carpets, sofa, and wall paper are also acceptable； ※ 熟悉纺织用原材料及特性 Know well the textile raw materials and features; ※ 熟悉纺织行业基本生产流程, 特别是织,染,印,涂 Know well the basic processes of textile industry , weaving, dyeing, printing, coating especially; ◆能力/态度Ability/Attitude: ※ 较强的对时尚、色彩和设计趋势的领悟和多元的创造,创新能力,能够在无人监督的情况下工作/ Has a strong sense of fashions, color sense and design trend. Creative and innovative, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision ； ※ 自我约束强,工作积极性高,工作调配好和较强的职业素养/ Self directed, highly motivated, tasks oriented with strong work ethics and integrity； ※ 能创造性地思考问题和同时处理多个任务/Able to think creatively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously； ◆技能/语言 Skills: ※ 熟练使用办公软件和流利英语能力/ Good MS Office skills & Fluent in both oral and written English.
